How can I use my 10% Supporting Membership Vouchers online?

With your vouchers you received you will find a code which you can use to apply 10% discount to your order on the second page of our checkout. If you have any issues simply make a comment in the Notes section of your cart and this will be picked up by the Customer Care team. Please note that we can only apply vouchers that are available on your account and we may not be able to despatch all of your order if this has been applied incorrectly. If in doubt please give us a call on 01558 825503 and we will be happy to help.

Where can I find my Customer Reference Number?

Your Customer or Membership number can be found just near your name your name and address, on any copy of the Cygnus Review that has been sent to you directly. It should be 6 digits, and start with a 1 or 2.

It will also be found on your welome to Cygnus letter.  

How do I know if my Supporting Membership has expired?

Your Supporting Membership generally lasts for a year unless you have taken out a two or three year subscription, and during that time you are entitled to use your three 10% discount vouchers. You can find the expiry date on your order form as shown above. Alternatively you are welcome to call us on 01558 825503 to check.

 

How do I changed my Password?

 

Please go to the Log In page enter your email address, then click on forgotten password.

Next screen will have a message rest password.

 

Renter your email address and submit.


We will then send you an email entitled  "Cygnus Customer Account password reset"

You have then change your password.

You will then be taken to your account details on the website, where you will be able to browse the site

 

 

What to do if I can't find a book?

We have a fantastic Search option, try it out.

Click on the spyglass just left of  Home at the top of the screen. Type in the title, author or key word in the Search Box If your search brings up lots of choices, you will be given the chance to Refine your selection by: Price, Type, Author or Weight for a more specific search.

Alternatively you can browse through our collections

or go to Catalogue on the home page.

All we ask is that you let us know if you do not want to continue receiving the Review. If you're not ordering at present, but would still like to be put on our mailing list and receive Cygnus Review regularly, please consider becoming a subscriber. UK

    • Standard delivery - order values of £34.99 or under - £2.75 per address

    • Standard delivery - order values of £35 or over - FREE

    • UK Express Delivery - £5.00. Your order will be priority picked and despatched using Fed Ex next working day service. Fully trackable, giving you peace of mind for those urgent, last minute purchases. Please note, orders arriving after 3pm will go out the following day Fedex delivery since our collections may be picked up any time after 4pm.

EUROPE

  • £2.25 per address + £1.00 per item

  • Cygnus Supporters: just £1.00 per item

REST OF WORLD - AIRMAIL

  • £3.40 per address + £1.80per item

  • Cygnus Supporters - just £1.80 per item

Delivery Times UK

Normally, if the delivery address is in the UK, your order should reach you within a week. However, the Royal Mail ask you to wait 2 weeks before making a delivery enquiry.

Delivery Times Overseas

If the delivery address is outside the UK, delivery will, of course, take longer (1-3 weeks for Europe, and 2-4 weeks for Rest of World). All overseas orders are despatched by Airmail.

Temporarily out of stock items

Occasionally, one or more of the items you ordered may be temporarily out of stock. These items will be forwarded separately, as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. There is no extra charge for postage. You will be informed of any temporarily out of stock items by email if you have provided us with one.

If your order is specially urgent

If there is a special reason for wanting your order despatched extra urgently, please let us know and we will be happy to help you. (There may be an additional charge for faster delivery services, however we will always discuss these with you first)

Gift Service

You can ask for any of the titles you are ordering to be giftwrapped and sent to a friend with a greetings card containing your message. The cost of this service is £2.00 per giftwrap plus p&p. Just click here if you would like to use our Gift Service.
